FSHD Natural History Studies in the UK
FSHD is classified as a rare disease. There is limited data/information on rare diseases to understand the condition, assist appropriate drug development as well as inform better patient care options. Natural history data plays a role in understanding and characterizing FSHD as a condition and its progression particularly in motor functions and other health considerations.
